Returns and Refunds

At FXXTRRAA, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you have received a sealed product that is damaged, expired or the wrong item, we are here to assist you. However, please note that we cannot accept returns for opened products. Here are the details of our return and refund policy:

Eligibility for Returns:

We accept returns on items within 7 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original sealed packaging.


Refunds:

Once we receive the returned product and inspect it, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds typically take 3-4 business working days to be processed. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

No Exchange:

Please note that we do not offer product exchanges. If you wish to replace a product, you will need to return it and place a new order.


Non-Returnable Items:

We do not accept returns on opened products. If a product has been opened, it is not eligible for return.
